Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Pro Shipping

Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) has been added to the Pro Shipping user interface to enhance account security. When enabled at customer account level, all users are required to complete a two‑step verification during login. After entering their username and password, a one‑time verification code is sent to the user’s registered Pro Shipping email address, which must be entered to access the platform. Additionally, users can choose to snooze the MFA prompt for up to 14 days.

Note

Please note that the MFA feature will not be enforced upon deployment. By default, it will be disabled for all customer accounts unless it is activated by a Customer Administrator with the User Administrator permission.
