What is the Manifest Shipment Call for?

The Manifest Shipment service is used to confirm that the goods are ready to be dispatched, this is also the trigger to generate the required paperwork to enable the despatch of your parcels. The request can be performed via several different methods:

  1. By Shipping Location: When selecting to manifest via this manner, the user is able to declare that shipments that are being despatched from a designated location are ready for collection.

  2. By Shipping Account: When selecting to manifest via this manner, the user is able to declare that shipments that are linked to a specific shipping account within a designated shipping location are ready for collection.

  3. By Shipment Status: It is possible to manifest shipments that have a status of either “hold” or “picked” for a designated shipping location.

  4. By Service Code: When selecting to manifest via this manner, the user is able to declare that shipments that are set with a selected service code within a designated shipping location are ready for collection.

  5. By Service Code For a Shipping Account: When selecting to manifest via this manner, the user can declare that shipments that are set with a selected service code and shipping account ID within a designated shipping location are ready for collection.

  6. By Container: When selecting to manifest via this manner, the user is able to manifest all shipments that are assigned to a defined container.

If no parameters are set, all shipments in the LabelPrinted or Picked status will be manifested (excluding future dated shipments or shipments assigned to a container).
