What is the Print Documents Call for?

The Print Documents Request is used to return a PDF for a requested customs declaration document (CN23 form). These are not required for domestic shipments as they are only used during international trade activities. Information on the CN23 form is available on the Royalmail.com website.

The Print Documents call can also be used to request the following:

• Proforma Invoice.
• Commercial Invoice.

A successful response to a Print Document request will return the relevant documentation for the requested shipment.

Users should call the request for individual shipments.

It is possible to request up to 5 copies of the customs documents via the API request call.
